PLACING YOUR ORDER:
1) If you have an access code, door code, gate code or another method of entering your building that will hold up the courier and prevent them delivering the parcel then please send a separate email AFTER you've ordered to advise us of this so we can put clear instructions on the package for the courier. If the parcel can't be delivered and it is returned we WILL refund you but WILL charge the postage.

2) . If you choose to use Royal Mail (which accounts for 95% of orders in the UK when under 2kg) and an item won't fit through your letter box the postman is responsible for putting a card through the door to advise of delivery. If you don't receive this card, we take no responsibility. We suggest if you don't receive the item you ordered you contact us within 48-72 hours from the time of purchase to get a tracking number for the item(s).

3) If you do not contact your local sorting office to collect the item, and it gets returned to us, you will be charged the FULL postage for us to send it out again. By 'FULL postage' we refer to the ACTUAL cost of shipping, not necessarily what you paid for shipping (ie you may have paid free postage if we were running a promotion or you may have paid a flat fee or any other option). For example if you paid £3 shipping but it cost us £10, you will have to pay the £10 to have it re-shipped.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Our stock system is automatically in sync with our inventory, so out of stock items will state so on the product and you will not be able to purchase them online. IYou can get notified when item is back in stock by clicking ‘sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock, or simply call us, where we will be happy to let you know more!
Please note that some of our products are ordered from overseas and we may sometimes experience a delay in delivery to us.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PURCHASE:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your transaction and order reference number. (please see our Privacy Policy for more information on our sites security) Please note that for every order we will use the address supplied to us with the order notification from Paypal (this will be the address you have registered with them) - unless we have been notified of a different address for that order. Please do not assume that as we have sent a previous order to a different address, that we will do so for your next order - unless we have confirmed that we will.

CANCELLING YOUR PURCHASE:
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within this seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email info@vivapure.co.uk package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. As soon as we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge (we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge). RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY:
All courier deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY:

CHECK YOUR GOODS ON RECEIPT:
Please check your goods upon receipt. In the unlikely event that they aren't in excellent condition, your order is incomplete or is not what you ordered, you must notify us by phone or emailwithin 7 days of receipt and we will replace faulty or missing items. Please note that the responsibility for the product(s) becomes the customer's upon delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. In this case, we will arrange a courier collection for larger orders and a royal mail paid return for small orders.

REPLACEMENTS:
In the case of damaged or defective goods, please notify us immediately where we will be prepared to assess the situation and if necessary, arrange a courier collection for larger orders,( We ask that our customers please take due care and package the products for return suitably for collection) and a royal mail paid return for small orders. (under 2kg)

RETURNING:
Items must be returned using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer's responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). A full refund will then be made within 30 day of receipt of goods.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of any foodstuffs or perishable goods where the packaging has been unsealed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & ALLERGY ADVICE:
All Product information, photographs, and sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice only. Though we believe them to be correct they cannot be guaranteed. From time to time recipes, packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and change and we may not always be as up to date as we would like to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.
