SUPER STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

Like a super charged Angel Delight, only dairy free and made from ONLY superfood ingredients!
Next time you find yourself craving a creamy consistency chilled pudding, reach for these ingredients to power it up with nutritional benefits of vitamin C and healing oil coconut.
Aside from a beautiful stand alone dessert, this mousse also makes a delicious pie/crust/tart filling! Just take your favourite crust base, set in spring form pan or mould and pour the finished mousse in before chilling for at least 2 hours.
THE INGREDIENTS:
-> 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
-> 2 Tbsp. Coconut Creme', melted
-> 2 Tbsp. Raw Coconut Oil, melted
-> 2 Tbsp. Raw Honey or Coconut Nectar
-> 2 Tbsp. Lucuma Powder
-> ¼ tsp. Camu Camu Powder
-> 3 Tbsp. Orange Juice, fresh
-> pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt or Sea Salt
-> pinch Raw Ground Vanilla
THE DIRECTIONS:
If using frozen strawberries, defrost by using a double boiler, or leave out to defrost beforehand.
Melt down coconut butter and oil.
Place all room temperature ingredients into a high power blender, then add oils, and mix until smooth and creamy.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove and arrange in the prettiest glass dishes you own.
Garnish options: cacao nibs, orange zest, shredded coconut and a mint leaf!
