SUPER QUICK RAW NUT MILK

Got No Milk?
Or the soaked nuts to whip up a batch? No worries! Raw Nut Butter’s are the perfect
If you have nut butter, such as raw almond butter or cashew butter you can have nut milk in a snatch.
FOR THE INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons Sprouted, Raw Almond or Cashew Butter
2-4 pitted medjool dates, or two tablespoons Raw Coconut Nectar
1 teaspoon Raw Ground Vanilla
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
2 1/2 to 5 cups water ( for skim-style milk add 5 cups, for a creamier-full bodied milk use 2 1/2 cups)
FOR THE DIRECTIONS:
Whizz all ingredients in a high powdered blender like the Vita-Mix or Tribest Personal for a full minute or two and enjoy. No need to strain the milk.
Note that soaked, strained milk is smoother and a little creamier, but this is a great raw food short cut when you go to whip up a breakfast bowl or smoothie and don’t have any nut milk handy.
Pour over Raw Granola or fruit for a delicious breakfast treat!
Use as a base for smoothies, soups and shakes.
Add a Tablespoon of Raw Cacao Powder and extra sweetener for a real chocolate milk fix!
