This Chia Flour is made from raw chia seeds grown in Arizona. After hand-harvest, the seeds are then stone-ground not milled to maximize the nutritional benefits.
This specialized process, along with the amazing antioxidant properties of the chia seeds themselves, keeps the oils protected so shelf life is extended, and the oils do not become rancid.
