Rose hips, the fruit of the wild rose, boasts an incredible Vitamin C content, with even more Vitamin C than contained in citrus fruits. The Vitamin C content gives Rose hips their primary benefits - the ability to stenghten the immune systmem, thus preventing or help in the battle of colds and sore throats.
With the addition of peppermint, may make this nutritious tea helpful in the relief of intestinal cramping aswell as a first aid remedy for queasiness and nausea. Use 1 cup of water to 2 tsp. of the tea blend as a remedy.
SUGGESTED USE:
-> Try 2 tablespons of loose herb mix to 4 cups of water and steep.
