SUGGESTED USE ::
Astragalus powder is food grade and safe to use as you would culinary herbs. They can be added to any foods or drinks. Add half a teaspoon to a healthy juice or smoothie, or to prepare it as an instant tonic tea, by simply putting half a teaspoon in a cup or mug, and adding hot water.
Do not exceed one teaspoon of astragalus extract each day unless guided to by a qualified healthcare professional.
If taken over long stretches of time, the body can develop a tolerance to an immune-stimulating herb such as astragalus. So, for maximum effect, alternate the use of astragalus with other immune-boosting herbs such as echinacea, cat's claw, and pau d'arco.
