Viva Pure

I have been using this product for some time now. It really does have the most delicious taste as well as being a lot healthier than sugar. It makes lovely sweets as in toffee, fudge etc. Cakes biscuites and puds and the only draw back is that it doesn't disolve easily with just heat but needs a little liquid, so for some recipes you will need to use it as a syrup.
