RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

CHECK YOUR GOODS ON RECEIPT:
Please check your goods upon receipt. In the unlikely event that they aren't in excellent condition, your order is incomplete or is not what you ordered, you must notify us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt where we will be happy to replace faulty or missing items, issue a credit to your account, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please note that the responsibility for the product(s) becomes the customer's upon delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. In this case, we will arrange a courier collection for larger orders and a royal mail paid return for small orders.

REPLACEMENTS:
In the case of damaged or defective goods, please notify us immediately where we will be prepared to assess the situation and if necessary, arrange a courier collection for larger orders,( We ask that our customers please take due care and package the products for return suitably for collection) and a royal mail paid return for small orders. (under 2kg).  In the case of a courier collection, we will endeavour to arrange a suitable time between the courier and the customer.

RETURNING:
Items must be returned by Royal Mail using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer's whole responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).  On receiving the return in re-sellable & un-sealed condition a full refund will then be made within 30 day of receipt of goods.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of any foodstuffs or perishable goods where the packaging has been unsealed.
