To Err on the side of Caution:
Raw Cacao contains Theobromine. Theobromine is a very mild stimulant that is primarily responsible for the balanced and natural energizing effects of cacao. Cacao also contains a very low amount of caffeine, much much less than found in coffee and tea, but caffeine compounds none the less. In other words, only take late at night if your looking to high five the ceiling.
