This is what white chocolate is made of! Cacao (Cocoa) "The Food of the Gods' has been enjoyed for its healthful and invigorating properties in South American cultures for thousands of years and now Cacao Butter offers a totally luscious way to continue a legacy.
Cacao butter is one of the most stable fats known, containing natural antioxidants that prevent rancidity and give it a storage life of two to five years.
This cocoa butter is made by pressing the raw cacao nibs to preserve the full vitality of the raw cacao. The butter melts at about 35ºC...desserts will never be the same again!
EASY TO USE:
Our Cacao Butter comes in a 500g solid block. Simply grate or slice the desired portion and melt. Using the double boiler method, or place in a dehydrator.
SUGGESTED USE:
Cacao butter melts easily and blends well into any recipe making for hours of play in the kitchen.
-> Just add a piece of the butter to your favourite smoothie, beverage, dessert or chocolate crafting.
-> Make your own chocolate: Melt Cacao Butter in double boiler. Mix with Raw Cacao Powder. Ratio of Cacao Butter to Cacao Powder is approx. 1/2:1. Add favourite sweetener of choice like Coconut Nectar or Crystals. Add Superfoods for the ultimate boost. Try some of our favourites: Dried Superfruits like Mulberries, Hemp Seeds, Lucuma, Maca, Vanilla and more. Pour into pretty molds and refrigerate or pop in the freezer to harden.
