Coconut Sugar ~ Nectar of the Coconut Blossom!
Derived from the fresh, sweet and nutritious sap (nectar) of the coconut blossom growing high on coconut trees, coconut sugar is the result of a kettle boiling process to form a crystalline sugar that's naturally rich in a number of key vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
With a low melt temperature and high burn temperature, our coconut sugar dissolves and melts almost exactly like cane sugar, but it's completely natural and unrefined.
Renowned for it's taste resembling brown sugar, yet with more rounded caramel and butterscotch notes, that isn't over powering, it blends well into both dry and liquid recipes, wet flours and dough, hot tea or smoothies.
Both for the everyday sweet tooth and health-conscious alike.

Quite delicious! Review by Penny
Quality Price Value I have been using this product for some time now. It really does have the most delicious taste as well as being a lot healthier than sugar. It makes lovely sweets as in toffee, fudge etc. Cakes biscuites and puds and the only draw back is that it doesn't disolve easily with just heat but needs a little liquid, so for some recipes you will need to use it as a syrup.
