Word from the founder: All of our extracts are cold-processed using extraction without the use of any colorants, fillers, diluting agents or preservatives. They are not in any base, nor do they include any sweeteners or sugars. These are highly concentrated. The lemon, orange, rum, and apricot are obtained additionally employing ethanol extraction, which may leave up to 5% residual of ethanol. Using these extracts, be mindful that a drop is very potent.  We have found our extracts to be 30-70 times stronger than other products on the market.  1-5 drops equal up to a teaspoon of other flavor companies.'
