Mulberries ~ White, Wild, Sun-Dried
Turkish sun-dried wild white mulberries are a delicious dried fruit and highly nutritious.
High in vitamin C, iron, calcium, fiber a high concentration of antioxidants and are one of the few fruits to be considered a protein source, yes protein, 4 grams in a 1/3 cup serving, and this is a fruit!
As their a berry they are also low glycemic, they taste like they wouldn't be, but that's their special gift.
Dried mulberries are chewy with tiny crunchy seeds, like a fig and they taste like caramel and honey.

They are especially delicious stirred into yogurt or with granola and make a refreshing and far more nutritious alternative to raisins.
:: Mulberries are fantastic grinded into powder and used as a "rapadura" sugar or date sugar replacement in sweet making & beverages.
:: Rehydrated in water for a few hours, turns mulberries into a delicious soft fruit and fantastic to blending into smoothies, nut milks and also leaves you with deliciously sweet mulberry flavoured water. YUM!
