Delivery Information
VivaPure takes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times and in the best possible condition.
We offer delivery to your door WORLDWIDE using Delivery Services Royal Mail and UK Courier Services.
Delivery rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you're asked to enter your payment information) where you can get a quote of an exact shipping price based on weight of order vs destination, before committing to an order.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Courier (Flate Rate Fee): Our courier service operates Monday-Friday and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch note, and normally next day, however we can not guarantee this and advise to allow up to 3 days from reciept of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Courier service will require a signiture upon delivery. If your not going to be in, please arrange your package to be taken in with a neighbour, and leave instructions.
In rare cases that your parcel is not collected on the day scheduled (Especially Friday's), Vivapure may send your parcel out via Royal Mail 1st Class to ensure you get your order in good time. You will not be charged anything additional for this change and you will be contacted via email if so.
Royal Mail: If you select Royal mail (First Class) as your method of delivery, on reciept we do our best to dispatch the same day for orders placed before 12pm (noon) but please allow up to 48 hours before dispatching. Transit time within the UK is normally 1 to 3 working days. If you have not received your order after 7 working days from dispatch please contact us for tracking, or your local royal mail enquiry office.
We are unable to deliver on national or Bank holidays (Saturday deliveries by courier attract a premium charge at source)
The above shipping arrangements are applied unless we contact you with details otherwise regarding a hold up on your order.

DELIVERY RATES:
We offer a flat rate fee of £5.50 with a UK Courier service, (mainland UK only). Shipping to Ireland and Highlands will be based on package weight and destination.

DELIVERY STATUS:
If you've provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email that your order has been dispatched.
You may also log into your account to check order status and track shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERY:
We offer WORLDWIDE Shipping by either Royal Mail and International Courier. Your order will be automatically calculated based on destination and weight of order at our checkout. If for any reason you do not see your destination listed or have any queries before placing your order, please contact us or use the Live Support on the right hand side of this page where we will be happy to accommodate you.
International transit times vary according to destination.
PLEASE NOTE: that prices are currently quoted and charged in GBP. The amount you are charged will depend on current exchange rates.
Since your order will be shipped outside of the UK, we cannot be responsible for any of the fees occurred or the delivery forbidden into your country. Once the items have left the UK, the customer must accept full responsibility for them - and we are unable to apply our replacement and refund terms. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering with us, and we highly encourage you to do so.
