INGREDIENTS
(makes 4-6 8" crepes)

2-3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chia seeds, ground (in blender or coffee grinder)
1 Tbs Acai Berry Powder plus a dash of tart juice like orange or pineapple
1 tsp ginger spice
pinch Himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS:
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until you have a creamy batter.

Take a heaping tablespoonful or the mixture and make circular crepes, spreading out thinly.

Dry on the teflex sheet at 110-120 for an hour then flip over and continue drying for another hour.

They should be ready at this point. If not, turn dryer down and continue drying until completely pliable and dry.

Fill with a bit of your favorite fruit, nut butter and/or a touch of Raw Vanilla Coconut Oil, then top with a low-glycemic sweetener such as our Raw Coconut Nectar or other sweetener like Maple and Voila!
